How are backgrounds calculated into the price?

• Clients may request a background as part of the commission. The more complex the background, the more the commission will cost within the price range.

• For example, a city scape on a full body will likely cost £200. Gradients and blank backgrounds will not increase the price.

Do you prefer to be commissioned on your website or VGen?

• Either! While I deal with less fees when you commission me directly thus receiving more of the money, I know some people may be more comfortable with VGen for its buyer/seller protection. It also has everything in one place so it is very convenient.

Do you accept commercial-use commissions?

• Yes! Please contact me directly to discuss fees and the licenses available to you. Fees are usually at x1.5 - x3 the total price depending on the license. Your audience size and the purpose of the commission will factor into the fee pricing.

LICENSING INFORMATION

• (A) Promotional material linked to branding purposes such as: banners, profile pictures, schedule art, streaming assets (overlays, stream art), marketing on networking sites (Twitter (X), Discord, etc.).
  Does NOT include Commercial Distribution Rights, see License B below. Fees are x1.5 - x2.

• (B) Commercial Distribution Rights and License A included. Reproduction, profitable redistribution and selling of the commissioned artwork to a third party as part of a product or merchandising granted, in addition to the rights stipulated in License A.
  Fees are x3, fees may be higher if projected sales are expected to exceed a certain amount of profit.

First time commissioning and not sure what to do? Here are some guidelines to help!

• Read the Terms of Service! It will tell you your rights and what you should expect from the artist you're working with. It is a contract you sign upon paying for the commission, so it is important to understand it and protect yourself from fraud!

• When you have decided what commission type you want (headbust, waistup, other, etc.) you submit a form with the relevant information.

• When submitting your form, you may include as much detail as you want in your commission! You can leave it up to the artist or note down very specific ideas for the artist to work with! Reference pictures are also super important. The more you can provide, the better!

• If you're unsure at any point, never hesitate to ask questions. I'm always happy to answer!

• Be transparent when you want any revisions to your commissioned artwork early on; you are paying money for it, so ensure that you are happy with how it looks!
