✿TERMS OF SERVICE✿

I accept commissions through Google Forms using PayPal or Stripe as payment processor options.

By paying for the commission you hereby agree to the following terms:

✿ TERMS of SERVICE

○ GENERAL:

• The commissioned artwork is to be used for personal use only, and not to be used commercially or sold to a third-party for profit. To purchase a commercial license, please contact me.

• You will receive the full resolution of the commission and a smaller version for posting with watermark.

• Commercial work subject to additional terms and a separate contract.

• This commission is a digital piece and thus physical artwork will not be sent.

• No utilising the artwork for AIs/NFTs!

• Correspondence will take place through one of the following means: emails, Discord messages or Twitter (X) messages.

○ PROCESS AND REVISIONS:

• I will provide a draft of the sketch pose, then colours+lines and a final check in when the artwork is done, these are check in phases; please inform me of any revisions you desire during each check in phase, as any drastic changes past the sketch stage may incur extra charges. Smaller changes and colour adjustments are free!

• Please note: I reserve the right to make additional charges if the client asks for an unreasonable amount of changes (more than 5 revisions), or deny making any more adjustments. This is to avoid being exploited!

• Commission completion time may approximately take up to 2 months in business days from the start time. Any delays past that timeline will be communicated.

• A Google Drive link will be sent to preserve the quality of the files.

○ PAYMENT:

• All commissions MUST be paid in UK pound sterling (£ GBP). I will only start the commission once the full price of the commission has been paid. Accepted payment processors are PayPal and Stripe.

• No refund will be provided upon cancellation once the artwork has progressed past the sketch stage. A partial refund can be provided if I cannot complete the commission. You may not use any artwork I have forwarded to you nor receive the files upon cancellation.

• Additional character (+80% of total price).

○ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT AND USAGE:

• I retain the original copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the artwork, which includes but is not limited to displaying, advertising, printing and redistributing on websites, social media, and portfolios and more according to my discretion, exempting when some or all of these rights are transferred to you under express agreement and commission specifications.

• You may not claim ownership, draw over or profit from the artwork. You may put filters and text over the artwork. You must credit me using my social media handles. Personal use means you may display the artwork on social media accounts for non-promotional and promotional purposes with no direct monetisation or sales (profile banner, profile picture); printing and framing in personal spaces; and other such situations where no monetisation of the artwork or the content of the artwork is involved.

• Commercial license is available for purchase at x1.5 - x3 the total price. Please contact to discuss in further detail the branding purpose and license available to you.

○ PRIVACY POLICY:

• Collection of your personal information, such as your legal name and address and any correspondence, may be required to provide services for the artwork. This is collected in order to provide legally correct invoices for tax records.

• Your personal information will be kept secured and strictly confidential.

• Please refer to the U.K. government guidelines for more information.

Sidenotes:

Unfair chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist, wherein I, Ilyscia, will never work with you on a commission again.
If you work with me on a personal commission, and I find out you are actually using it for commercial purposes, I will demand you to pay for the commercial license and you will remain blacklisted until I receive payment.
